Why is x feature broken sometimes?
SpyderMate is reliant on lots of third-party data. Unfortunately SpyderMate is not capable of controlling whether or not this third-party data is available at all times. Your best bet is to try again later, usually these issues go away within 30 minutes.
Why is SpyderMate reporting broken links that aren't really broken?
SpyderMate was designed to work on any web site in existence. Unfortunately all web sites are not constructed in the same way and this makes it extremely difficult to account for every subtle variation. My SpyderRank dropped significantly in a small period of time, should I be concerned?
No. This is likely due to a third-party feature of SpyderMate temporarily breaking down and the report being inaccurate. Only in rare situations should your SpyderRank ever decline and it will never truly drop significantly in the same day.
Why does http://www.example.com report different results than http://example.com?
In the eyes of the search engines these two variations on the same domain are considered separate entities. Authority can be split up between these variations in what is called a domain canonicalization issue.
Why does my site crawl and never finish?
